Artists: I get such pleasure from mentoring artists, from recent graduates to later career artists. By providing artists with a critical friend I help them overcome barriers and guide them through their professional development into having a sustainable career as a full-time artist.
Universities and Local Authorities: In recent years I have developed programmes and supports for artists in Ireland, the UK and internationally including Fingal, Kilkenny and Wexford Arts Offices and learning institutions such as Goldsmiths College and Crawford College of Art
Academia: Since graduating from art college I have taught and mentored students in many institutions including Crawford College of Art, University College Dublin and Ulster University (Belfast School of Art).
Curators: I have mentored curators and other visual art workers for many years. My focus is on helping them define their career aspirations and making sure they achieve them! This image is from the Kilkenny Arts Office when I was mentor on Emerging Curator Programme.
